Ms. Luz, Infant Teacher
My name is Luzmaria Nieves, but I go by Luz. I was born and raised in Bridgeport, CT moved to Orlando, FL when I was 15 years old and ever since then this has been my home. I have been with my husband for almost 10 years and we officially tied the knot in 2014. We have three amazing children Izaiah, Jazlynn and Joel. As you can tell I keep busy. I am a very outgoing person. Live, Laugh, Love. I do believe life is to short so we must cherish every moment we are blessed with. I am a huge New England Patriots fan and Tim Burton. I have only been a part of TCA since 2015 but this has become my second home. I have always had a passion for children, but working with children who are not your own helps me understand that every child is not the same, so I learn different approaches to each personality and gain a better understanding. I am very excited to teach your children. I cannot wait to start this new journey with them but also with you.
Ms. Cassie, VPK teacher
All About Ms. Cassie Hello Parents! This is my first year working at TCA, and I am so excited to start this adventure teaching VPK. I am originally from Coral Springs, Florida and lived there until I left for college at UCF. I am a big UCF football fan and a proud Knight! While at UCF I earned my degree in Elementary Education and was hired to teach kindergarten at Bonneville Elementary where I stayed for five years. I am certified to teach reading, ESOL, VPK, and I have worked with students from kindergarten all the way up to fifth grade. I also have my master’s degree in Urban Education from Nova Southeastern University. Last year I had my first child Charlie, who also attends TCA in the red door. I love working with all students and am eager for this school year.
Ms Aidanessa, One year old teacher
Ms. Ewa, Two year old teacher
MS. Cameron, Three year old Teacher
I am so excited to continue my journey as the 3 year old teacher at TCA. I was born in Tacoma WA. I lived there until I was about 3 years old and then moved to San Fernando Valley Ca. I grew up there and moved to FL at the age of 16 with my mom to be closer to my grandparents. I graduated high school in 2001 and became a mom a few years later. I am a mother of 2 young men Devin (12) and Julian (10). I currently attend Seminole State College where I plan on getting my general A.A and then plan on attending a university to get my B.A. Since graduating high school I have worked in numerous photography studios as well as a few Childcare centers where I have earned DCF training. I love children and realize that no matter what path I take, it will be working with children or young adults. In my free time I photograph and attend live music and art festivals of all sorts as well as anything that is water related .Spending quality time with my family and friends is very important to me. I look forward to getting to know each of my students as well as the parents.
