Ms. Lorena, Administrative Assistant
TCA has been my second home since 2014. I’m originally from Brazil and proud to call Orlando/United States home for the last 17 years. I have a daughter and she was once part of the wonderful TCA family and she still loves to come back any chance she has. I started as an aftercare teacher and then took over the Infant room five years ago. We now have 3 Infants Rooms and I’m thrilled to help supervise the classrooms and engage with the little ones and families. It is an absolute joy to be part of the TCA family!

Ms. Violetta, Infant teacher (6-9 months)

Hello Parents, my name is Ms. Violetta. I am the Infant teacher for the 4-8-month-olds.  I was raised in Central Florida and at around the age of four, my parents moved to Orlando where I attended several local schools. I studied hotel management in the hospitality field. Later, my family and I moved overseas. While there, raising my two daughters Sasha and Nataly, I was invited to teach at The Good Apostle Catholic School with students ranging from P-K to sixth grade. I also enjoyed tutoring the English language to local students with great success. I have always been very passionate about early childhood education and am currently pursuing my CDA, specializing in infant and toddlers. I believe "education and love are the two greatest gifts we can provide to our children." It is a blessing to care for your precious infants and to be a part of the TCA family.

Ms. Amanda B, VPK Assistant

This is my first year teaching at TCA, and I am beyond grateful!  I attended TCA from the age of 2-5 years old so it is very full circle for me to be apart of the staff. I am currently going to UCF to get my degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders to become a Speech Language Pathologist. I love working with children and creating a bond with everyone!

I like photography and baking.
I spend most of my time playing outside with my kids. We like biking, running and we spend a lot of time at my son’s baseball practice and baseball games.
I love children and I love seeing how fast they grow and learn.

Ms. Serby, Movers and Shakers Teacher (9-12 months)

I was born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. I have 3 children and two grandchildren. I began as an educator at 20 years old. My first job was in a small school.
I moved to Florida State in 2010 with my family. I won't say it was easy but, it was a big change to reinvent myself and explore new alternatives. In 2018 collaborate with the foundation Clean the World.  For our collaboration they decided to name Serby Castro his Recycling Center in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
In 2020 I meet all my DCF requirements and other complementary courses to be able to work with children. I love music, reading (I love books) and dancing. A rainy day, hot coffee and a good book is the perfect day for me.
I firmly believe in justice and equity should not be a luxury but a right. I am a faithful defender of the rights of the most vulnerable people and the environment. TCA, is an institution that has given me the opportunity to grow and work in a job that gives me great emotional rewards and that puts on my shoulders every  day the confidence of not only taking care of children but, also the responsibility of laying the first foundations for their future education.
Every child is unique and special to me. I call the babies grandchildren.
What I know about children: They understand the language of love better than everyone else, they have the power to see what is not perceptible for the eyes but the soul.
